It's great what they do the whole concept of the organization! As a truck driver I had an overage on a customer's order and the customer instructed me to deliver it to this organization. The reason why all of these stars are gone is because that lady that is in charge of the receiving department (Thai, Polynesian or some ethnicity of Asian lady) is very extremely rude and disrespectful! I've never in my 15 years of donating to organizations encountered such an ungrateful human working there that is that miserable she projects it on to those that come in as an inconvenience for disturbing her day. Rather than being grateful to receive a donation. She was very extremely rude not just to me, but to the workers inside. I don't know how people like that get positions like they hold and keep them with that type of attitude and mentality towards people around them. That right there is a shame. That's l Those type of people are what gives great organizations a bad reputation. But I guess in today's world, companies will allow anyone willing to work, work. It's not about the smile friendly customer service being the face of a company any more. The male running the pallet Jack was humble and friendly, very respectful. I would say for this region respect, is not what it used to be. The workers had absolutely no concept that a full size semi truck with a sleeper cab and a 53' trailer can fit in an area clustered with pallets, box trucks and 40' trailers all piled up side by side. During backing out, after discovering that I can't get my truck in there dispite the non trucker employees thinking that's where trucks are sent. The employees leaving driving their cars just shoving their way through my truck backing out and the opening between the fence. I go back in after the items are removed to get the receipt the customer requested, the Thai, Polynesian, Asian (idk) that Lady was extremely upset that the customer requested a receipt for the delivery. He shoved her way pushing me to get to the trash because she made a mistake by writing a different name than I gave her. Not a grateful thank you for your donation. No one ounce of kindness came from that lady. I would think a food donation or any community non profit would want a great felt kind person to be the face of the company. I know when I completely run my own company, this place will not be on my domain list due to not wanting to deal with people like that.

I enjoyed volunteering with Feed More while I lived in Richmond; they offer several different opportunities and make it easy to sign up for your choice of volunteer work. You can volunteer by yourself or sign up with a group of friends/co-workers.

I was watching the news the other morning when I happen to see the segment you guys had on cooking featuring powerhouse Chef Frank Coleman. I was amazed by the professionalism and how he perfectly executed the dish before us on television. Several of my friends have used him as he is a private caterer you should check him out, his talent and vast cooking ideas will for sure Impress your tastebuds. Feedmoore picked the right man for this position. Thank you for helping the community Chef Coleman and making sure our children are eating proper from a young age with good values are instilled in them.

A friendly environment that is helping families in our communities. I volunteered here through work and the experience was awesome! I'm glad that I volunteered to help give back to my community. Feed More staff was friendly, positive, and gave off good energy. They explained to us what Feed More do and also trained us on helping them package the goods for the families. I will definitely go back to help.

Great organization doing great things. Went there with a team of people from work to volunteer, and walked away with a desire to do more. Made hundreds of meals and felt great doing so. They were prepared for our arrival and gave us great direction throughout. If you want your team to bond in a great effort, this is a wonderful way to spend time together.
